Universal Technical Institute Announces Secondary Offering of 3,601,724 Shares of Common Stock

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Dec. 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Universal Technical Institute, Inc. (NYSE: UTI), the leading provider of transportation technician training, announced today that certain selling stockholders affiliated with Coliseum Capital Partners have commenced a secondary offering of 3,601,724 shares of the Company's common stock.

UTI is not offering any shares in this offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares in this offering.
